Yesterday, we left early in the morning, (well, not that early. It was only like, 10:30 am) to start a little road trip. The rest of Kim’s dog handlers stayed behind w/Kim ‘cause the dogs needed to have their check-ups for the Idiarod race.
Right now I’m writing from Homer, Alaska. We’re waiting for the sun to rise and then even later we’ll go to Seward, Alaska. We’ll return to Anchorage tomorrow for the race. We saw some planes on skis behind the Alaska Millennium Hotel at a greatly large lake. I just wanted to lay low if you know what I mean. Personally, I don’t like to go from one place to another a lot; No matter how phenomenal it might be! I like to settle down and relax.
